Privacy Policy
Effective 21 July 2026
ArchCap Design & Build (“ArchCap”, “we”) is a general contractor serving the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language because that is how we would want it explained to us.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the quote form: your name, email address, phone number, the services you tick, and whatever you write about your project. There are no accounts on this site and we do not collect payment information through it.
Why we collect it
To respond to you. We use your details to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask us to do. Sending the form is your consent for us to contact you about that request. We do not use your details for advertising lists, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and delivered to us by email. The people who can see them are ArchCap and the service providers who run this website for us, which means our hosting provider and the team that maintains the site and its email delivery. Those providers work under their own confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to handle your project and to meet reasonable business and legal record-keeping. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask us and we will remove it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Cookies
This site uses only functional cookies needed for the site to work, such as caching. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The Instagram photos shown on this site are served from our own server, so viewing them does not connect your browser to Instagram.
Links to other sites
Pages on this site link to outside resources such as municipal permit pages and our Instagram profile. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. To do any of these, contact us through the contact page or call us and we will sort it out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
