We are a general contractor. That means complete renovations and restoration, home additions, and cleaning all run through the same team, with one point of contact from the first plan to the final detail. How we work
Before any work begins, you get a written, itemised quote. You see what each part of the job costs, in plain language, so there are no surprise line items at the end. If the scope changes once we open a wall and find something unexpected, you hear about it and approve the cost before we keep going.
