Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. Post-construction dust and debris is one of our specialties, following our own builds or another contractor’s.
Do you offer both residential and commercial cleaning?
Yes, both, from homes and move-in / move-out cleans to offices and commercial spaces.
Can we book recurring cleans?
Yes, we set up recurring residential and commercial cleaning on a schedule that suits you.
What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains an already-kept space. A deep clean goes further into build-up areas, inside appliances, baseboards, grout and vents, so most spaces start with a deep clean, then move to lighter recurring visits.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products for allergies, pets or sensitive surfaces, tell us and we will use them.
Do you clean between tenants?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans reset a unit fully, inside cabinets and appliances, floors and fixtures, so it is ready for the next tenant or to help a renter recover their deposit.
